hi here is my car. This is from the start its got Bilstein sport shocks with wietec 60mm drop springs fully poly bushed a bloody loud exhaust :lol: it has an lsd fitted. ice mod's like tv screens alpine type r 15" sub audiobahn 6x9's and touchscreen headunit

that is when it was lower and i dont have the 18" chrome's on it anymore got some 100 spoke wire rims to go on once the arches are flared
I then put on some 15" old tsw rims off my old mk2 golf.

Here it is after a good clean on the tsw evo-r's

I then refurbed the tsw wheels to a graphite grey with satin black locking nut.

hello bottom end sump was awkeward to get off with the subfrmae crossmember in the way but i found a way

water pimp and tensioner removed counted the teeth on the cam belt too 127 thooth required as there are 2 choices.

oil pump renewed and sump cleaned and replaced along with the lower clutch bell housing (covers the rear of the sump) you can see how low the car really was.

the lower clutch bell housing lovingly clean buy robin he actully wanted to take it away to polish it :D

also the power rack is now sat in the black one but not plumbed in manual rack is now on the convertable all working. :D
3 long days gone hopefully finnish tomorrow but how late im not sure.
ok so todays progress swapped the rear bumpers over.

plumbed in the power steering and conected up the steering arms re fitted alternator new belts fitted rad in viscous fan in filled with oil and power steering fluid tried to fill with coolant but it wouldn't have it will go back tomorrow and sort it. (i hope)

My latest arivial 6 branch tubular manifold. made form stainless steel all mandral bends and tig welded not the most expensive but im well chuffed for the money.

Next is oin to the big brake conversion.
Fixed the earth problem and just picked these bad boys up for a big brake conversion so i can fit my wires woop. 540i calipers
